VRLA Batteries

General Information

Mutlu VRLA batteries are dry-type products with fully sealed cover technology, commonly used in stationary applications. Offering ideal solutions for providing uninterrupted energy and balancing, Mutlu VRLA technology-based stationary batteries are highly durable and long-lasting. Their internal structures feature impregnated glass fiber separators, which ensure high short circuit resistance, and they are produced with valve-regulated, maintenance-free technology.

Mutlu VRLA batteries, classified as Standard VRLA, VRLA, UPS, and 2V AGM, have a wide range of applications. They are used as power sources in various fields such as telecommunication stations, power distribution stations, solar power plants, wind energy plants, thermal power plants, hydroelectric power stations, security systems, railway systems, fire alarm systems, data centers, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).

Mutlu VRLA batteries provide high performance and safety for long-term applications. Produced in flame-retardant casings, these batteries feature a low-pressure automatic closing valve control and a “gas recombination” system that ensures the recovery of gases inside the battery. One of the key advantages of this type of closed system battery is its maintenance-free design, allowing it to be used in enclosed spaces, including horizontal or vertical positions.

Since Mutlu VRLA batteries do not contain free-form acid, they are leak-proof. Thanks to the casting technology and specially formulated grid alloys, these batteries have a long cycle life. Their deep discharge endurance and low internal resistance enable long-term use. When producing Mutlu VRLA batteries, impact-resistant ABS casing and lid technology are used, and they are shipped with the necessary installation materials. For 2V batteries, a special rack system can be provided upon customer request.
